You ask why I write about this topic?

My answer - let me tell you a few words about my life story. I am 60+.

When I was five years old, I remember terrible stomach cramps and a very low body temperature. I ended up in the hospital. My father was worried, not for nothing. Usually he was very calm and collected. May his soul rest in peace. The doctors were still unable to make a diagnosis. After that, I regularly had problems with my respiratory tract - bronchitis and pneumonia.

Around the age of 40, my health began to deteriorate. I underwent various examinations, but all the results were negative. After about a year, it was discovered that stones were forming in the kidneys. In 2011, a kidney stone got stuck in the ureter and I was forced to call an ambulance.

Then my life path took me to England (I lived there for more than eight years). To earn a living, I started working in a candy factory. Then I had a herpes dermatitis crisis. I visited an immunologist and found out that my dermatitis was caused by gluten and milk protein allergies. I was able to switch to a gluten-free and dairy-free diet. I have gone through a long and painful period of self-examination. I hope there will be people who will find my experience useful.
